Return & Shop Policy
All items in the Sweet Pea Ink Creative shop are handmade in small batches using vintage, delicate, and one-of-a-kind materials. Because of the nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Order Issues or Concerns
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a replacement if an item arrives damaged or incorrect — however:

Replacement items are subject to availability and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our work

You must respond to any follow-up emails/messages regarding your replacement. If we don’t hear back within 30 days, the replacement request will be closed
Lost or Returned Packages
Sweet Pea Ink Creative is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address issues or non-pickup
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship or refund lost or misdelivered orders.
Product Safety
Many of our items include confetti, glitter, bells, ribbon, small embellishments, and vintage materials that are not designed for young children.
These are decor items only and are not intended as toys.

Custom & Seasonal Items
Custom or limited-edition holiday items are final sale.
Due to the handmade and time-sensitive nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or modifications once your order is placed.
