Shipping Policy
At Sweet Pea Ink Creative, every order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume times, please allow for slight delays in processing. Order by 12/16 for Christmas delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once an order leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once in transit.
Address Accuracy
Please be sure to enter your correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we suggest checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items lost due to delivery errors beyond our control.
